Construction management was responsible for the 18,000 square foot facility consisted of project scheduling, pre-bid conference, bid evaluation and award, on-site inspections for contract compliance, daily activity logs, progress reporting, payment processing, and issuance of change orders.

As clerk of the work for the Board of Supervisors in the construction of a new Penal Farm Building, IMS is responsible for making sure that work carried out by the contractor is in accordance to construction plans.

IMS was contracted to perform resident inspection services for various projects at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport which included demolition of the DHL Hangar.

IMS was responsible for performing on-site observations of the construction progress and quality of work as necessary to provide updates to the Capitol City Convention Center Commission.
