Our rate structure is designed to provide discounted summer housing to students who continue to live in University Housing for multiple years. Please note: signing a renewal lease will receive a summer housing rate at a cost of $800 (As compared to $1600-$2200 mentioned above) if you lived with us the previous summer and paid the full summer rate and will continue to live with us through the next academic year.
